1. Services

Puma Boat Ride offers guided boat rides and experiences. Availability may vary based on weather, tide, and seasonal conditions.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made online or directly at our location.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
You must provide accurate details during booking.

3. Safety

All passengers must follow instructions from our staff.
Life jackets are mandatory during all boat rides.
Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Timings & Delays

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or external factors but will notify you promptly.

5. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

Adverse weather
Safety concerns
Operational issues

In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5.1. Service Disruption Protocol

In rare cases where a boat experiences mechanical failure, our team will attempt to repair the engine on-site. If unsuccessful, we will arrange an alternate boat to complete the ride. If no alternative is available, we may:

Provide a full or partial refund based on the situation
Refer the guests to another verified boat service provider to ensure continuity of experience

6. Customer Conduct

We may refuse service or remove guests engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

Puma Boat Ride is not liable for:

Negligence by passengers
Lost personal belongings
Failure to follow safety guidelines
